目的 探索阵发性心房颤动的射频消融治疗方法及疗效。 方法 对 5例肺静脉起源的阵发性房颤患者 ,采用肺静脉内环状电极标测 ,温控导管对肺静脉电位进行射频消融 ,达到肺静脉完全电隔离。术后随访 9~ 2 8个月 ,观察疗效。 结果 5例患者电隔离治疗后 ,即刻成功率达 10 0 % ;随访治愈 2例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 1例 ,均无并发症发生。 结论 肺静脉电隔离治疗阵发性心房颤动是成功率较高 ,操作相对简单 ,比较安全的一种射频消融方法 ,有一定的发展前景
Objective To explore the radiofrequency ablation of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and its curative effect. Methods Five patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation originated from pulmonary veins were subjected to pulmonary vein internal electrode mapping and temperature controlled catheter radiofrequency ablation of pulmonary vein to achieve complete electrical isolation of pulmonary veins. The patients were followed up for 9 ~ 28 months and the curative effect was observed. Results After 5 patients were electrically isolated, the success rate was 100% immediately. 2 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. No complication occurred. Conclusion Pulmonary venous electrical isolation for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is a radiofrequency ablation method with high success rate, relatively simple operation and relatively safe operation, and has certain prospects for development
