目的:分析妇产科护理人员工作的主要压力源,探讨保护妇产科护理人员身心健康的相关措施。方法:采用当前医疗单位通用的中国护士压力源量表与自制护士身心健康状况调查表,对妇产科25位护士人员予以问卷调查。结果:工作量大超负荷,倒班、妇产科护理特殊性、危险性,晋升途径少、机会少,患者、家属及工作单位与性质被社会认同度低,产妇或家属对护士期望值太高,病区拥堵,非护理性工作太多等,俨然成为妇产科护士工作的主要压力源。结论:妇产科护理人员工作的主要压力源,既有思想压力也有发展前途压力,更有工作性质、工作量和工作环境上的压力,患者护理工作及妇科护理专业特质的压力问题是妇产科护士工作主要压力源。护理管理工作要针对不同的压力来源,从提高护士待遇、人性化管理方面,依照具体情况采取有效措施分别予以减压,从而为妇产科的护理人员增加专业自豪感。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main stressors in the work of obstetrics and gynecology nurses and to discuss the relevant measures to protect the physical and mental health of obstetrics and gynecologists. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 25 nurses in obstetrics and gynecology using questionnaire of pressure source of nurses and self-made nurses in China. Results: The work load was overloaded, shift, obstetrics and gynecology care particularity, risk, less promotion pathways, less chance, patients, families and work units and the nature of social recognition is low, the expectations of nurses or family members is too high, Ward congestion, non-nursing work too much, has become the main source of stress nurses work. Conclusion: The main stressors for obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff work, both ideological pressure and development pressure, more work nature, workload and work environment stress, patient care and gynecological nursing professional qualities of the problem is the pressure The main source of stress nurses work. Nursing management should focus on different sources of stress, from improving nurse treatment, human management, according to the specific circumstances to take effective measures to decompression respectively, so as to increase the professional pride of obstetrics and gynecology staff.
