本文针对由线聚焦菲涅尔反射器太阳能集热器组成的发电和制冷系统中的蓄热罐,采用数学建模和实验测试方法,对线聚焦菲涅尔反射器集热系统的蓄热罐蓄热、放热性能进行了分析,蓄热罐采用工业应用较为成熟的三元熔融盐为储热介质,利用材料相变蓄存热量。利用ANASYS软件对蓄热罐的传热过程进行了模拟,依据仿真结果分析传热过程和机理,并通过实验测试对数值模型进行了验证。
In this paper, we focus on the heat storage tank in the power generation and cooling system composed of Fresnel reflector solar collectors. Using mathematical modeling and experimental testing methods, Heat storage, exothermic performance were analyzed, the storage tank is more mature industrial application of ternary molten salt as the heat storage medium, the use of material phase change heat storage. The heat transfer process of heat storage tank was simulated by ANASYS software. The heat transfer process and mechanism were analyzed based on the simulation results. The numerical model was verified by experimental test.
