目的探讨NT-proBNP与冠心病心肌缺血间的关系。方法用电化学发光方法检测73例冠心病患者入院NT-proBNP浓度,对其中37例行择期PCI的患者再检测术前、术后24小时NT-proBNP浓度。结果冠心病患者血NT-proBNP浓度随着临床分型、冠脉受累支数、冠脉狭窄程度的加重而升高;择期PCI术后血NT-proBNP浓度降低,术前lg(NT-proBNP)为(2.85±0.74)pg/ml,术后lg(NT-proBNP)为(2.64±0.77)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论NT-proBNP与冠心病心肌缺血间存在密切的关系,NT-proBNP是冠心病心肌缺血严重程度的一个有效标志物。
Objective To investigate the relationship between NT-proBNP and myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The concentrations of NT-proBNP in 73 patients with coronary heart disease were detected by electrochemiluminescence. The concentration of NT-proBNP in preoperative and postoperative 24 hours was measured in 37 of 37 patients with elective PCI. Results The concentration of NT-proBNP in patients with coronary heart disease increased with the type of coronary artery, the number of coronary artery involvement and the degree of coronary artery stenosis. The serum NT-proBNP concentration decreased after PCI, the preoperative lg (NT-proBNP) (2.85 ± 0.74) pg / ml, postoperative lg (NT-proBNP) was (2.64 ± 0.77) pg / ml (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between NT-proBNP and myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease. NT-proBNP is an effective marker of the severity of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.
