随着艺术设计类高等职业教育的发展以及工学结合人才培养模式的深入,如何更好的开展实践教学,如何提高在“项目引导,任务驱动”的全真环境下的提升专业训练的水平?这是我们所有高职类院校的专业教师需要长期的探索与实践的课题。“工作室制”教学突出教学的实践性、技能的可应用性,依托工学结合的职教模式,是艺术设计类专业职业教育的教学突破。笔者以自身的教学实践工作为出发点,对所在学校展示设计专业的“工作室制”人才培养模式的探索与实践进行了全面阐述与分析。
With the development of higher vocational education in art design and the deepening of training mode of combining engineering with learning, how to carry out practical teaching better and how to enhance the level of professional training under the all-encompassing environment of “project guidance and task-driven ” This is the topic of long-term exploration and practice for all our professional teachers in higher vocational colleges. “Studio system ” teaching highlights the practical teaching, the applicability of skills, relying on the combination of work and study of vocational education, art design professional occupation education breakthrough. The author takes his own teaching practice as a starting point, and makes a comprehensive exposition and analysis on the exploration and practice of the “studio system ” personnel training mode in his school.
