2015年1月21日,由中国电子商会消费电子产品售后服务专业委员会和中国电子商会消费电子产品调查办公室共同主办的“小家电售后服务标准化研讨会”在北京召开,与会领导、专家以及小家电电商代表共聚一堂,探讨我国小家电产业售后服务现状,并针对行业目前存在的服务问题联合呼吁,推进小家电售后服务标准的建立。会上,小狗电器创始人檀冲向大家分享的小狗电器“中央维修”服务模式,受到与会嘉宾的一致认可。
January 21, 2015, by the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce consumer electronics service professional committee and the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Consumer Electronics Survey Office co-sponsored “Small Appliance Service Standardization Seminar ” held in Beijing, the leaders, experts and Small appliances E-commerce representatives came together to discuss the status quo of after-sales service in China’s small home appliance industry, and for the current service problems in the industry joint appeal to promote the establishment of after-sales service standards for small appliances. At the meeting, puppy electrical founder Tan Chong to share the dog electrical “central maintenance ” service mode, subject to unanimous approval by the guests.
