目的:观察不同运动方式对去势SD雌性大鼠的股骨和腰椎骨的生物力学指标的影响,为研究老年妇女骨质疏松提供生物力学参数。方法:对两组去势大鼠进行跑步和游泳运动训练,3个月后取材,进行股骨的3点弯曲实验和第4腰椎骨的压缩实验。结果:跑步组大鼠股骨的力学指标与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),游泳组大鼠腰椎骨力学指标与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:跑步运动对改善大鼠的股骨力学性能比游泳更有意义,而游泳运动加强了大鼠腰椎骨的力学性能。观察这两种运动对改善大鼠骨骼的力学性能都有一定意义。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of different exercise modes on the biomechanical parameters of the femur and lumbar vertebra in SD female rats, and to provide biomechanical parameters for the study of elderly women with osteoporosis. Methods: Two groups of castrated rats were subjected to running and swimming training. Three months later, three-point bending test and compression test of the fourth lumbar vertebrae were performed. Results: The mechanical indexes of femur in running group were significantly different from those in model group (P <0.05). The lumbar vertebral biomechanical indexes in swimming group were significantly different from those in model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Running exercise can improve the femoral mechanical properties of rats more than swimming, while swimming can improve the mechanical properties of lumbar vertebra. Observe that the two kinds of exercise have some significance to improve the mechanical properties of rat bone.
