本文调研了39所“985工程”高校图书馆网站,从图书馆的网络互动、图书馆的推荐服务和移动图书馆服务3个方面对图书馆的个性化信息服务情况进行调查。调查结果显示,虽然目前图书馆在个性化信息服务方面做了很多尝试,服务的途径和方式很多,但仍存在对读者的需求调查不足、读者的参与度不高和资源推荐服务的针对性和知识性欠缺等问题,并提出树立以读者为中心的理念、构建读者参与型图书馆、主动收集读者的信息需求、整合馆藏资源构建知识网络,以及整合图书馆的3大核心系统等提高个性化信息服务水平的策略。
This paper investigates the website of 39 “985 Engineering” university libraries, investigating the personalized information service of the library from three aspects: the network interaction of the library, the recommendation service of the library and the mobile library service. The survey results show that although there are many attempts and services on personalized information services in libraries, there is still a lack of investigation on readers’ demand, low readership, and the pertinence of resource recommendation services. Lack of knowledge and other issues, and put forward to establish a reader-centered concept, build a reader-participation library, take the initiative to collect readers’ information needs, integration of collections of resources to build knowledge networks, and integration of the library’s three core systems to improve personalization Strategy of information service level.
