目的:探讨埃及伊蚊现场控制措施。方法:在试验区根据不同种类结构的积水容器,分别采用微生物农药B.t.i.H-14缓释剂、1%双硫磷砂粒剂及食蚊鱼网斑花鱼将(Poceiliareticalata)3种措施,互相协调、配合使用。结果:试验区采用3种措施1个月后,布雷图指数下降47.62%,两个月后在雨季对照区布氏指数上升29.55%的情况下,试验区布氏指数下降达69.4%。结论:在埃及伊蚊的大面积现场控制中,根据积水容器的种类、结构情况,联合采用B.t.i.H-14缓释剂、1%双硫磷砂粒剂、食蚊鱼网斑花鱼将3种措施,可取得较好的防制效果。
Objective: To explore the control measures of Aedes aegypti on the spot. Methods: Microbial pesticides B were respectively used in the experimental area according to different kinds of structures of water storage containers. t. i. H-14 slow-release agent, 1% of punicidals and mosquito fish mackerel (Poceiliareticalata) three kinds of measures, coordinated with each other, with the use. Results: After three months, the Brettill Index decreased by 47.62%. After two months, when the Brunner Index rose by 29.55% in the control area of rainy season, the Brookfield Index dropped to 69 .4%. Conclusions: In a large area field control of Aedes aegypti, the combination of B is used depending on the type and structure of the reservoir. t. i. H-14 slow-release agent, 1% punicicidal sand tablets, mosquito fish mackerel 3 measures will be able to achieve better control effect.
