目的:探讨复方丹参、脑复素(含bFGF)联合高压氧(HBO)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的治疗作用。方法:用复方丹参、脑复素联合HBO治疗HIE 65例,同时设胞二磷胆碱对照组60例,两组均给予三项支持、三项对症治疗。观察治疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平、脑CT的改变、NBNA评分。结果:观察组治疗后SOD水平中度(679±131)μg/L、重度(654±129)μg/L;MDA水平中度(5.12±1.75)μmol/L、重度(5.23±1.64)μmol/L;脑CT正常中度27例、重度19例;NBNA评分正常中度29例、重度21例;上述各项指标结果均明显优于对照组,经统计学处理两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参、脑复素联合HBO治疗HIE确有明显疗效。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of compound Salviae miltiorrhizae, norepinephrine (including bFGF) and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: 65 cases of HIE were treated with Fufang Danshen and Nongfuxin combined with HBO, and 60 cases were treated with Citicoline. Both groups were given three support and three symptomatic treatments. The level of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA), the change of brain CT and the score of NBNA before and after treatment were observed. Results: The SOD level in the observation group was moderate (679 ± 131) μg / L and 654 ± 129 μg / L after treatment. The MDA levels in the observation group were moderate (5.12 ± 1.75) μmol / L and 5.23 ± 1.64 μmol / L; moderately normal brain CT in 27 cases, severe in 19 cases; normal NBNA score in 29 cases, severe in 21 cases; the above indicators were significantly better than the control group, the statistical difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Compound Salviae miltiorrhizae, norepinephrine combined HBO treatment of HIE does have a significant effect.
