本文叙述的是采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇为溶剂,乙腈∶水为流动相,使用ODS-3 C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定15%氟铃脲·三唑磷乳油中的氟铃脲和三唑磷。结果表明氟铃脲和三唑磷的标准偏差分别为0.012和0.081;变异系数分别为0.74%和0.53%;平均回收率分别为99.7%和100.1%,线性相关系数为0.9998和0.9999。
This article describes the use of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with methanol as the solvent, acetonitrile: water as the mobile phase, using ODS-3 C18 column and UV detector with 15% hexaflumuron triazophos EC Of hexaflumuron and triazophos. The results showed that the standard deviations of hexaflumuron and triazophos were 0.012 and 0.081, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.74% and 0.53% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.7% and 100.1% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9998 and 0.9999.
