肝脏三维容积快速多期动态增强扫描在肝门胆管癌诊断中的价值

目的研究Propeller LAVA(Liver Acquisition with Volume Acceleration)肝脏三维容积快速多期动态增强扫描对肝门胆管癌定位、定性及分型诊断的价值。方法18例经手术病理证实的肝门胆管癌的患者进行常规T1WI、T2WI轴位平扫,2D、3D MRCP,Propeller LAVA增强及延时扫描,分析Propeller LAVA增强扫描表现,并与MR其他扫描序列图像进行比较。结果Propeller LAVA增强扫描显示肿瘤瘤体18例,与周围组织的关系均显示清楚,其中肿块型10例,内生型3例,浸润型5例,与手术及病理结果相符。结论Propeller LAVA增强扫描对肝门胆管癌的定位、定性及形态学分型,具有明显的优势。 Objective To investigate the value of Propeller LAVA (Liver Acquisition with Volume Acceleration) rapid dynamic multi-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning in diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma localization, classification and classification. Methods 18 cases of pathologically confirmed hilar cholangiocarcinoma underwent routine T1WI, T2WI axial plain imaging, 2D, 3D MRCP, Propeller LAVA enhancement and delayed scanning. The performance of Propeller LAVA enhanced scanning was analyzed and compared with other MR sequences Image to compare. Results The results of Propeller LAVA enhanced echocardiography showed that there were 18 cases of tumor with clear correlation with the surrounding tissues. Among them, 10 cases were mass type, 3 cases were endogenous type and 5 cases were invasive type, which was consistent with the surgical and pathological findings. Conclusion Propeller LAVA enhanced scan of hilar cholangiocarcinoma location, characterization and morphological classification, has obvious advantages.
