在大量实测和分析支持辊磨损辊形的基础上 ,建立了热轧精轧机组支持辊的磨损预报模型 ,且采用改进后的混合遗传算法对模型参数进行了估计。并介绍了可以改善支持辊的磨损 ,提高其辊形自保持能力的VCR支持辊在生产中的应用
On the basis of a large number of measurement and analysis of the wear roll shape of the backup roll, the wear prediction model of the backup roll of the hot rolling finishing mill was established, and the model parameters were estimated by the improved hybrid genetic algorithm. The application of VCR supporting roller which can improve the abrasion of the supporting roller and improve the self-holding ability of the roller is introduced
