“兴趣是最好的老师”。一个成功的小学英语教师应充分研究教材,认真备课,在课堂教学的各环节中增加趣味性。注重“以人为本”的教学理念,创造和谐融洽的师生关系和轻松、愉快的学习环境,采用灵活多变的教学方法,让学生做中学,学中用。才能落实培养学生终身学习的目标。
“interest is the best teacher”. A successful primary school English teacher should fully study the teaching materials, prepare lessons carefully and increase interest in all aspects of classroom teaching. Focus on “people-oriented” teaching philosophy, to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and a relaxed, pleasant learning environment, flexible teaching methods, so that students do secondary school, learn to use.
