近年来,针对中枢神经系统疾病,开发了各种释药系统,但由于血脑屏障的存在,大多数常规药物难以进入脑部,从而影响药效的发挥。文中总结了国内外近10年中枢神经给药研究的现状,包括药物传输系统(前药系统、载体给药系统、微粒给药系统等)、给药方法(脑室内注射、鼻腔给药、植入疗法、肌内注射和腹腔注射)、临床常用药物(阿莫达非尼片等药物),并阐述了各自的机制、利弊。
In recent years, various drug delivery systems have been developed for the diseases of the central nervous system. However, due to the presence of the blood-brain barrier, most conventional drugs are difficult to enter the brain and affect the efficacy of drugs. This paper summarizes the current research on central nervous system administration in China and abroad for nearly 10 years, including drug delivery system (prodrug system, vector delivery system, particle delivery system, etc.), administration methods (intracerebroventricular injection, nasal administration, Intrathecal therapy, intramuscular injection and intraperitoneal injection), commonly used drugs (such as amodafior tablets and other drugs), and explain the respective mechanisms, pros and cons.
