目前国际汉语教学教案设计及培训方面的研究较为薄弱,针对拟赴海外汉语志愿者教师、以少儿汉语学习者为教学对象的教案设计的研究目前尚未见到。本文采用内容分析法(content analysis)对17位志愿者教师的教案进行了综合分析,并对其中10位在海外工作了一年的志愿者教师进行了回访。在此基础上,对拟派出志愿者教师的教案设计和培训方式提出建议,以期为今后的对赴海外工作志愿者教师的培训提供一定的借鉴。
At present, the research on the design and training of international Chinese teaching plans is relatively weak. The study on the design of lesson plans for overseas Chinese volunteer teachers and children Chinese learners has not yet been seen. This article uses content analysis to conduct a comprehensive analysis of lesson plans of 17 volunteer teachers and 10 of them volunteer teachers who have worked overseas for a year. Based on this, suggestions are made on the design and training of lesson plans for volunteer teachers so as to provide some reference for the future training of volunteer teachers working abroad.
