本文从组织管理与发展的角度,在对组织文化、高等教育文化与电大文化进行系统结合的前提下,对电大这一独特的文化现象,力图进行全面的理论思考。作者提出在思考电大文化时,首先应将电大文化与文化进行系统连接溯源,并在此基础上进一步分析了电大文化在功能实现上的独特价值,提炼出电大文化作为高等教育文化的个性特征以及电大文化作为组织文化的鲜明特点及构成,以此为电大文化建设提供新思维。
This article from the perspective of organization and management and development, under the premise of systematic combination of organizational culture, higher education culture and TVET culture, tries to make a comprehensive theoretical reflection on the unique cultural phenomenon of TVU. The author puts forward that when thinking about TV culture, firstly, we should systematically connect the TV culture and culture to the source, and on this basis, I further analyze the unique value of TV culture in the realization of function, and extract TV personality culture as the personality characteristics of higher education culture and TVU culture as a distinctive feature of culture and composition, in order to provide new ideas for the culture of the TVU.
