在晋东南屯留县试点的试验结果表明:随施氮量的增加,谷子籽粒蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量、胶稠度等均增加.籽粒中的粗脂肪含量、总淀粉和全磷含量则随施氮量的增加而下降.
Experimental results in Tunliu County, southeastern Shanxi province showed that grain protein content, amylose content and gel consistency all increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The contents of crude fat, total starch and total phosphorus in grain increased with Nitrogen rate increased and decreased.
