试验采用热空气恒温 (5 0℃ )干燥法对木麻黄、黑松、相思树种子进行超干处理和贮藏 ,以研究对种子活力及生理特性的影响。结果表明 ,木麻黄、黑松、相思树种子耐脱水性较强 ,脱水至 4% ,未发现种子活力下降 ,细胞膜能保持较好完整性 ,α -淀粉酶和脱氢酶活性最高。在常温下贮存 1年后 ,木麻黄、相思树和黑松种子活力下降程度随种子含水率变化而有所差异 ,当种子含水率为 5 %~ 9%时随含水率下降其各发芽能力指标下降率较大 ,当种子含水率为 4%以下时 ,各发芽能力指标下降率较小 ,而且较为稳定 ,当种子含水率为 4%时下降率最小。可见这三个树种种子超干保存最适含水率为 4%。
Experiments were conducted using hot air at a constant temperature (50 ℃) drying method of Casuarina, Pinus thunbergii, Acacia seeds ultra-dry handling and storage to study the impact of seed vigor and physiological characteristics. The results showed that the seeds of Casuarina equisetifolia, Acacia mangium and Acacia catechu were more resistant to dehydration and dehydrated to 4%, no decrease of seed vigor, better integrity of cell membrane and highest activity of α - amylase and dehydrogenase. After storage at room temperature for 1 year, the seed vigor of Casuarina equisetifolia and Pinus thunbergii decreased with the change of seed moisture content. When the seed moisture content was 5% ~ 9%, the seed germination index When the seed moisture content is below 4%, the descent rate of each germination ability index is relatively small, and more stable. When the seed moisture content is 4%, the descent rate is the smallest. It can be seen that the optimum moisture content of the seeds of these three species is 4%.
