为培育和发展劳动力市场,完善职业介绍服务功能,提高就业服务社会化程度,规范档案委托管理工作,根据《山东省劳动力市场管理条例》有关规定,我省出台了《山东省职业介绍机构开展档案委托管理暂行办法》。《办法》规定,县级以上劳动部门职业介绍机构受劳动行政部门委托开展档案委托管理业务.非劳动部门的职业介绍机构不得承担此项业务。职业介绍机构将坚持单位、个人自愿的原则,为本辖区内不具备档案管理条件或自愿办理档案委托管理业务的各类企业和经济组织、所在单位不为其保存档案或由于其他原因需要档案委托管理的人员以及自谋职业和流动
