以不同季别生态型的6个籼稻和5个粳稻亲本进行不完全双列杂交,组配了30个籼粳交F1。配合力分析结果表明,籼粳交F1的生育期表现主要取决于亲本(尤其是粳稻亲本)一般配合力的大小,受组合间特殊配合力的影响较小。亲本的一般配合力大小与亲本本身熟期迟早顺序基本一致,但有少数中籼比较特殊,如栓朝2号的早熟性配合力接近于最好的早熟早籼浙辐802,故有必要加强此类种质的筛选。由于籼粳杂交早稻选配时受亲本的限制相对较大,建议先突破籼粳杂交中、晚稻,同时积累优良的早熟种质,从而实现籼粳杂交早、中、晚稻的配套。
Six indica rice varieties and five japonica rice varieties with different ecotypes in different seasons were used for incomplete diallel cross combinations with 30 cross combinations of indica and japonica F1. Combining ability analysis showed that the F1 growth stage of indica and japonica hybrids mainly depended on the general combining ability of parents (especially japonica rice parents), which was less affected by the special combining ability. The general combining ability of the parents was basically the same as the early maturity of their parents, but a few middle indica were special. For example, the early maturity combining ability of the DPRK No. 2 was close to the best precocious indica rice, Screening of such germplasm. It is suggested that the indica-japonica hybrid rice should break through medium and late rice at the same time, and the fine precocious germplasm should be accumulated at the same time to achieve the compatibility of early, middle and late indica-japonica hybrid rice.
