PbS是一种重要的红外探测器材料。激光对PbS破坏作用的研究在军事和商业领域都有着重要的意义。利用反射光能量法对半导体材料PbS进行了激光损伤实验。通过对损伤过程的实时监测,分析激光辐照PbS的热学过程,并得到1064nm激光对半导体材料PbS的激光损伤阈值。
PbS is an important infrared detector material. The research on the destructive effect of laser on PbS is of great significance in military and commercial fields. Laser damage experiment of semiconductor material PbS was performed by using reflected light energy method. Through the real-time monitoring of the damage process, the thermal process of laser irradiated PbS was analyzed, and the laser damage threshold of 1064nm laser to PbS was obtained.
