计算机辅助螺栓实验装置的研制是针对原有“机械设计”实验中的“螺栓组联接中螺栓的受力和相对刚度系数”实验及“单个紧螺栓联接中螺栓的相对刚度系数和动载荷特性实验”而进行的实验改造。利用原有实验台及指针式动静态应变仪 (用为一级放大器 ) ,自行研制了可满足A/D采样的前置放大器 ,通过A/D转换 ,用计算机采集螺栓动静态应变值 ,并进行实验数据表格的处理和绘制螺栓受力图。实验结果可在屏幕上直接显示 ,或打印。该装置通过实践证明 ,性能指标完全满足教学需要。
