为了了解保鲜剂对不同开花阶段文心兰鲜切花的保鲜效果,利用乙烯作用剂硫代硫酸银(silver thiosulfate,STS)、1-甲基环丙烯或聪明鲜(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)及乙烯释放剂乙烯利对不同开放阶段的鲜切花进行处理。结果表明:乙烯利处理在半开放期后可明显缩短文心兰切花的衰老进程,STS处理可延长盛开前期和盛开期的时间,而1-MCP处理可延长衰老初期和衰老期的时间。同时,对文心兰开花各个阶段乙烯释放和1-氨基环丙烷1-羧酸(1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid,ACC)含量进行了测定,结果显示,蕊柱和花萼中ACC含量在绽口期和半开放期基本稳定,而半开放期之后开始增加,而乙烯释放量在盛开前期后上升。花瓣ACC含量在盛开前期后缓慢增加,在衰老初期达到峰值。表明文心兰花器官内源乙烯生物合成的启动对保鲜剂不同阶段的处理效果有一定的影响和相关性。
In order to understand the effect of preservatives on the fresh keeping of cut flowers of different stages of flowering, ethylene thiosulfate (STS), 1-methylcyclopropene or 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) And ethylene release agent ethephon for different open stages of fresh cut flowers for processing. The results showed that the content of ACC in stem and calyx was Occitanism and semi-open period basically stable, and began to increase after the semi-open period, and ethylene emissions rose in the early bloom. Petal ACC content increased slowly in early bloom, peaked early in senescence. The results showed that the initiation of endogenous ethylene biosynthesis in Orchidaceae had certain influence and correlation on the treatment effect of different stages of preservatives.
