本研究利用自行研制的长期轴压加载装置,对不同掺量的粉煤灰混凝土施加以0%,30%,50%和70%比例的轴压极限荷载,进行长期轴压荷载下的抗冻性试验,分析不同轴压荷载对粉煤灰混凝土抗冻性能的影响。研究结果表明:当应力比低于30%时,对混凝土抗冻性能影响不大,甚至会对其抗冻性产生有利影响;当应力比低于50%时,冻融损伤速率逐渐加快;当应力比为70%时,抵抗冻融破坏能力明显下降。轴压应力比在低于50%时混凝土才能表现出较好的抗冻性。
In this study, a long-term axial compression loading device was developed to apply the axial compressive ultimate loads of 0%, 30%, 50% and 70% to fly ash concrete of different dosages for antifreeze The effect of different axial compressive loads on frost resistance of fly ash concrete is analyzed. The results show that when the stress ratio is less than 30%, it has little effect on the frost resistance of the concrete, and even has a beneficial effect on the frost resistance. When the stress ratio is lower than 50%, the freeze-thaw damage rate gradually increases. Stress ratio of 70%, the ability to resist freezing and thawing decreased significantly. When the axial compression stress is less than 50%, the concrete can show good frost resistance.
