目的:综合应用GE64排128层容积CT(GE Lightspeed VCT)血管成像及多种重建方法,在肝脏肿瘤的介入治疗术前应用指导价值。方法:对42例肝脏肿瘤患者进行常规的平扫加多期增强扫描诊断后,选择动脉期在后处理工作站进行CTA重建。分析腹腔干动脉开口位置及其分支起源、走行和变异;肿瘤供血血管的来源或肿瘤侧枝供血来源,设定介入治疗计划。结果:CTA可以清晰显示全部病例的腹腔干动脉开口位置及其分支起源、走行和变异情况;显示大部分肿瘤供血血管及侧枝供养血管。结论:CTA在肝脏肿瘤介入治疗术前准确定位相关血管开口位置及其分支起源、走行和变异,很好显示肝脏肿瘤供血血管。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the application of GE Lightspeed VCT angiography and multiple reconstruction methods in the preoperative interventional treatment of liver tumors. Methods: Forty-two patients with liver tumors underwent routine scan combined with multi-phase contrast-enhanced scan. The arterial phase was selected for post-processing workstation CTA reconstruction. Analysis of the location of the opening of the celiac artery and its origin of the branch, walk and mutation; the source of tumor blood vessels or tumor collateral blood supply, set interventional treatment plan. Results: CTA can clearly show the location of the opening of celiac artery and its origin, course and variation in all cases; it shows that most of the blood supply to the tumor and collaterals support blood vessels. CONCLUSION: CTA accurately locates the position of the blood vessel and its origin, course and variation of blood vessels prior to interventional treatment of liver tumor, which shows the blood vessels of the liver tumor.
