抑氨肽酶素(Bestatin)是微生物产生的一种小分子免疫增强剂(见图1),它能抑制氨肽酶B和亮氨酸氨肽酶,对缓慢生长的Gardner癌和IMC癌显示强烈的抑制作用,故人们对它进行了详细的基础研究。抑氨肽酶素能增强对绵羊红血球或(?)唑 (?) 图1 抑氨肽酶素的结构酮的迟发型过敏性。用大剂量(1000微克/小鼠)处理可增加抗体形成细胞的数目,但并不明显增加迟发型过敏性。口服、腹腔和静脉注射效果相同,而皮下注射无效。
