为筛选适合宁夏引黄灌区种植的优质燕麦品种和丰富该地区牧草资源,选取11个国内外燕麦(Avena sativa)品种在宁夏平吉堡地区种植,对其生产性能及营养品质进行综合评价,结果表明:11个燕麦品种在该地区长势均良好,平均生育期为90d左右。各燕麦品种干草产量及茎叶比表现不同,甜燕1号与当地燕麦产草量较高,而牧乐思茎叶比最小,适口性最好。不同燕麦品种的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维含量等差异均显著(P<0.05),甜燕1号粗蛋白与粗脂肪含量最高,钙含量最高的为小马,磷含量最高的是贝勒,牧乐思酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量均最低。对11个燕麦品种的13个性状进行灰色关联度综合分析,结果表明牧乐思、甜燕1号生产性能和营养品质表现最优,可作为宁夏引黄灌区燕麦品种选育和推广应用的优质资源。
In order to screen good quality oats cultivated in irrigated area of Yellow River in Ningxia and enrich the resources of forage in this area, eleven varieties of Avena sativa were planted in Pingjibao area of Ningxia, and their performance and nutritional quality were evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that : 11 oat varieties in the region are good growth, the average growth period of 90d or so. The hay yield and stem-leaf ratio of different oat cultivars were different. The production of sweet-swallow No.1 and local oats was higher than that of the other two oat cultivars. The contents of crude protein, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber of different oats varieties were significantly different (P <0.05), the content of sweet protein No.1 and crude fat was the highest, the highest calcium content was Pony, the highest phosphorus content is Baylor, animal husbandry, acidic detergent fibers and neutral detergent fibers were the lowest content. Comprehensive analysis of 13 traits of 11 oat cultivars showed that the performance and nutritional qualities of Manlai and Tianyan 1 were the best, which could be used as breeding and popularization and application of oat varieties in Yellow River Irrigation Area of Ningxia.
