目的评价口腔医院医疗工作质量,为医院经营管理决策提供依据。方法根据医院的特点,设置反映医院医疗质量、工作效率、工作强度的指标体系,对医院的实力进行评价。结果该院医疗工作质量综合指数呈逐年上升的趋势,2000年综合指数最低,2007年最高。结论运用多种指标进行综合统计分析,能客观准确地反映医院各年度医疗工作完成情况。
Objective To evaluate the quality of medical work in oral hospitals and provide the basis for hospital management decision-making. Methods According to the characteristics of the hospital, an index system reflecting the medical quality, work efficiency and work intensity of the hospital was set up to evaluate the strength of the hospital. Results The comprehensive quality index of medical work in this hospital showed a trend of increasing year by year. In 2000, the composite index was the lowest, the highest in 2007. Conclusions The use of a variety of indicators for comprehensive statistical analysis can objectively and accurately reflect the completion of the hospital’s medical work each year.
