目的:探讨补骨脂、生地黄对正常大鼠体温及ATP酶活性的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白对照组、附子热性对照组、大黄寒性对照组、补骨脂组与生地黄组,附子组6.75 g.kg-1,大黄组13.5 g.kg-1,补骨脂组4.05 g.kg-1,生地黄组6.75 g.kg-1,按10 mL.kg-1ig,1次/d,每周给药6 d,停药1 d,共给药28 d,空白组ig等量(10 mL.kg-1)生理盐水。给药28 d后测量大鼠趾温、肛温,大鼠处死后,取出肝脏,制备组织匀浆,测定三磷酸腺苷(ATP)酶活性。结果:与空白对照组相比,补骨脂组大鼠趾温、肛温均明显升高(P<0.05),生地黄组大鼠趾温、肛温均明显降低(P<0.05)。与空白对照组相比,补骨脂组肝组织中Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性均明显升高(P<0.05);生地黄组Na+-K+-ATP酶,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂、生地黄对正常大鼠体温及ATP酶活性影响明显,提示寒、热药性不同的药物与对体内ATP酶活性的影响不同可能是对体温产生不同的作用趋势的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of psoralen and Radix Rehmanniae on temperature and ATPase activity in normal rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, fever control group, rhubarb cold control group, psoralen group and rehmanniae group, aconite group 6.75 g.kg-1, rhubarb group 13.5 g.kg-1 , 4.05 g.kg-1 in psoralen group, 6.75 g.kg-1 in rehmanniae group, 10 mg.kg-1ig, once a day for 6 days and 1-day drug withdrawal On the 28th day, the blank group was given the same amount of normal saline (10 mL.kg-1). After 28 days of administration, the rat toe temperature and rectal temperature were measured. After the rats were sacrificed, the livers were taken out and the tissue homogenate was prepared to measure the ATPase activity. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the rats in the psoralen group showed significantly higher toe and rectal temperature (P <0.05), and the mean temperature of the rehmannia and rectum in the SD group decreased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the activities of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + -ATPase in the liver tissue of Psoralen group were significantly increased (P <0.05); the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 + Mg2 + -ATP enzyme activity were significantly lower (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Psoraleae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata have obvious effects on the body temperature and ATPase activity in normal rats, suggesting that the different effects of different drugs of cold and heat on ATPase activity in vivo may be one of the reasons for the different trends of body temperature .
