在电加工快报六六年第八期中我们介绍了园周平面移动旋转头在直壁模具加工中应用的一种工艺方法,生产和试验表明用此种方法还不能得到理想的直壁,这是由于工具电极的侧面损耗和二次放电作用使得加工斜度不能完全消除。最近,上海星火机械模具厂电加工试验小组在型胶电火花加工装备上(参见本快报六六年第六一八期)应用园周平面移动旋转头进行了直壁型孔(深达七十毫米的胶木模粉圈)的加工试验,获得了比较理想的直壁。
In the 8th issue of the Electric Processing Express in the 6th year of 1996, we introduced a process method applied to the machining of straight-wall molds by the rotary-landing rotary heads. The production and testing showed that the ideal straight wall could not be obtained by this method. Due to the side loss and secondary discharge of the tool electrode, the processing inclination cannot be completely eliminated. Recently, the Shanghai Spark Machinery Mould Factory electro-machining test group applied straight-walled holes (up to seventy in depth) to the EDM equipment (see section 168 of 66). The millimeter bakelite mold powder ring was processed to obtain an ideal straight wall.
