目的 了解阳光曝晒对杀虫丁灭螺效果的影响。方法 将药液配制、稀释并置入阳光下曝晒不同时间后移至室内 ,采用浸泡法进行杀灭钉螺的实验观察。结果 阳光曝晒 2 - 2 4 h(3d)后 ,钉螺接触 1.0、2 .0 mg/ L 杀虫丁药液 2 4、4 8h和 72 h的死亡率与相同浓度的未晒组相比 ,分别下降2 1.4 1% - 10 0 .0 %、2 3.86 % - 88.18% ;0 - 92 .5 6 %、3.30 % - 85 .74 % ;0 - 77.78%、0 - 4 4 .88%。经统计学处理 ,差异非常显著 ,(P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 经阳光曝晒后的杀虫丁溶液 ,其浸泡 2 4h的杀螺效果随曝晒时间的延长而下降 ,但浸泡 4 8h以上的杀虫丁溶液仍具有一定的灭螺作用。因此 ,建议在实际使用时 ,应避免强烈阳光 ,最好选择多云或阴天使用该药进行灭螺 ,以确保灭螺质量。
Objective To understand the effects of sun exposure on the insecticidal rate of insecticides.
