2000年7月26日,民航总局在沈阳召开科技成果鉴定会,来自国内的十六位专家,对东北空管局自行研制的“东北空管信息综合处理系统”和“用年时间长法预测气象重大灾害”两项科技成果进行了鉴定。 “东北空管宿息综合处理系统”于1997年6月经民航总局批准立项,总投资47万元,1999年7月研制成功并投入生产试运行。它将航管雷达、飞行动态、气象等空管信息集成在一起,并进行综合处理,通过局域网向公司、机场、油料、沈空等用户提供实时显示服务,同时,通过卫星信道实现了航管雷达信息的异地
