目的:探讨氦氖激光血管内照射对抗癌化疗药物的增效作用和减轻化疗药物毒副反应。方法:采用波长632.8nm的氦氖激光血管内照射,每天1次,每次90分钟,输出功率1.5~2.0mW,连续照射5~7天为1疗程,同时动脉插管或静脉滴注化疗药物。结果:联合治疗组总有效率71%,单一化疗组37%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。联合治疗组化疗药毒性反应少有或反应较轻,单一化疗组较重,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:氦氖激光血管内照射可提高化疗药物疗效,减轻化疗药物毒性。
Objective: To investigate the synergistic effect of anti-cancer chemotherapeutic agents by intravascular irradiation of He-Ne laser and to reduce the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods: Intravascular laser irradiation with a wavelength of 632.8 nm was performed once a day for 90 minutes, with an output power of 1.5 to 2.0 mW. Continuous irradiation for 5 to 7 days was a course of treatment. Arterial intubation or veins were also performed. Drip chemotherapy drugs. Results: The total effective rate was 71% in the combined treatment group and 37% in the single chemotherapy group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs in combination therapy group was less or less, and the single chemotherapy group was heavier. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation can improve the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs.
