目的探讨姜黄素对人食管癌A549细胞增殖和细胞凋亡的影响。方法MTT法测定不同浓度姜黄素对人食管癌A549细胞的增殖抑制率,流式细胞仪测定细胞凋亡率。结果在一定的浓度范围内,随着姜黄素浓度的增加,细胞增殖的抑制率显著增加,呈明显量-效关系(r=0·992,P<0·01);姜黄素对人食管癌A549细胞的凋亡率为(18·89±0·58)%,明显高于对照组的(4·25±0·19)%(P<0·01)。结论姜黄素可抑制人食管癌A549细胞的增殖、诱导细胞的凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effects of curcumin on the proliferation and apoptosis of human esophageal carcinoma A549 cells. Methods The inhibitory rate of curcumin on the proliferation of human esophageal carcinoma A549 cells was determined by MTT assay and the apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometry. Results In a certain concentration range, with the increase of curcumin concentration, the inhibitory rate of cell proliferation increased significantly (r = 0.992, P <0.01); the effect of curcumin on human esophageal carcinoma The apoptosis rate of A549 cells was (18 · 89 ± 0 · 58)%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (4.25 ± 0.19%) (P <0.01). Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of human esophageal carcinoma A549 cells and induce apoptosis.
