目的调查和了解部队三级甲等医院手术室年轻女性护士群体工作应激源及疲倦感(MBI)现况。方法对解放军第三○三医院手术室和临床科室工作(对照组)的年轻女性护理人员进行相关问卷调查,调查工具包括“中国护士工作压力源量表”和“工作疲倦感量表”。结果手术室护士组的“中国护士工作压力源量表”5方面问题评分均明显高于对照组,同时手术室女性护士的MBI问卷3方面内容评分均明显差于对照组(P均<0.01~0.05)。结论部队三甲医院手术室年轻女性护士群体工作应激源及疲倦感方面问题较为突出。
Objective To investigate and understand the status of stressors and fatigue (MBI) among young female nurses working in operation rooms of Grade A hospitals in the army. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on young female nurses working in operating room and clinical departments of the 203rd Hospital of PLA (control group). The survey tools included the Workplace Stressor Scale and Job Stress Scale of Chinese Nurses ". Results The nurses’ score in the operating room nurses group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the female nurses in the operating room were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.01 ~ 0.05). Conclusion The problem of stressors and fatigue of young female nurses working in operating room of the top three armies in the armed forces is prominent.
