针对钍基熔盐堆分布控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS)中数字超声流量计的实验物理和工业控制系统(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System,EPICS)网络接入需求,本文提出了一种数字以太网接口设计方案,实现上位机操作员接口(Operator Interface,OPI)层面的流量数据实时监测。硬件使用DM9000以太网芯片,扩展连接到TMS320F28335为控制器的数字化超声流量计平台上。DCS软件设计以超声流量计作为客户端,与运行EPICS服务器程序的上位机构成客户端/服务器结构,自检结果表明,二者之间可进行可靠的传输控制协议(Transmission Control Protocol,TCP)通信。在流量标定平台上的实际测试进一步验证了超声流量计与上位机实时数据通信的可靠性,实现了EPICS环境下超声流量计的网络化功能。
In order to meet the demand of network access of Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS) of digital ultrasonic flowmeter in Thorium-based molten salt reactor distributed control system (DCS), this paper presents a digital ethernet Network interface design scheme to realize real-time monitoring of traffic data at the upper computer operator interface (OPI) level. The hardware uses the DM9000 Ethernet chip and extends to the TMS320F28335 controller’s digital ultrasonic flowmeter platform. The DCS software design uses the ultrasonic flowmeter as a client and a client / server structure with the host computer running the EPICS server program. The self-test results show that reliable Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) communication can be performed between the two . The actual test on the flow calibration platform further verifies the reliability of the real-time data communication between the ultrasonic flowmeter and the host computer and realizes the network function of the ultrasonic flowmeter in the EPICS environment.
