人力资源管理属于企业内部管理非常关键的环节之一,企业内部的团结氛围也需要思想政治工作将其凝聚起来。成功的企业,需要将政治思想工作完全贯彻于人力资源管理工作中,在注重人才培养的同时,还能发挥积极向上的管理作用。我们着重介绍了思想政治工作与人力资源管理的共存密切联系,并论述思想政治工作对人力资源管理工作所发挥的积极作用,以此进行深入剖析,并与大家共同探讨其中的相关问题。
Human resource management is one of the most crucial links in the internal management of an enterprise. The unity atmosphere in the enterprise also needs the ideological and political work to unite it. Successful enterprises need to fully implement political and ideological work in human resources management and pay attention to personnel training at the same time, they can also play an active and progressive management role. We focus on introducing the close relationship between ideological and political work and human resource management. We also discuss the positive role played by ideological and political work in human resource management and conduct an in-depth analysis and discuss the relevant issues with them.
