近年来,中国医用敷料一直是出口大宗产品,在中国22类年出口额过亿美元的医疗器械产品中,棉质手术巾、药棉、纱布、绷带等医用敷料的出口额名列前茅.美国、日本、德国是国内医用敷料的主要出口市场,三者约占国内医用敷料出口额的50％以上.据统计资料,中国每年有数千万人皮肤因意外事故和手术造成皮肤创伤.国内每年开展的烧烫伤、创伤治疗及外科手术超过千万台次,每年医疗费用约为千亿人民币,而烧烫伤、创伤治疗及外科手术的医用敷料,占整体费用的3％以上,达30多亿人民币.世界卫生组织报告显示,全球医用敷料市场容量每年呈明显的上升趋势.因此,文章主要介绍医用敷料作为一类重要的卫生材料类医疗用品,在中国医药领域的发展与趋势.
