目的研究白英药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-质量分数为0.2%的甲酸溶液二元梯度洗脱模式,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为270 nm,建立21批白英样品的HPLC指纹图谱。结果对各产地药材指纹图谱进行聚类分析,根据聚类分析结果将21批白英分为4类,选定其中12批样品建立共有模式。并应用“中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统”对各产地药材进行了质量评价。结论该法可用于白英真伪鉴别和质量评价。
Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint of B. sinensis. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid solution in binary gradient elution mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 270 nm, and HPLC fingerprints of 21 batches of white English samples were established. Results The clustering analysis was performed on the fingerprints of each producing area. According to the clustering analysis results, 21 batches of white amber were divided into 4 categories, and 12 batches of samples were selected to establish a common pattern. And the application of “Chinese medicine fingerprint similarity evaluation system” quality evaluation of medicinal materials from various places. Conclusion This method can be used for the identification and quality evaluation of Baiying authenticity.
