研究了适于采煤机截齿齿体用ZG45Si2Mn2MoVRE钢。该钢通过适当的热处理可得到大量板条马氏体加少量针状马氏体的组织;在具有较高硬度和强度的同时具有较高的冲击韧性。可以满足齿体性能的要求,是代替常用锻造齿体材料35CrMnSi钢的一种适用铸钢。
The ZG45Si2Mn2MoVRE steel suitable for shearer tooth body is studied. The steel can be obtained by appropriate heat treatment a large number of lath martensitic plus a small amount of acicular martensite structure; in the higher hardness and strength with high impact toughness. To meet the performance requirements of the tooth body, is to replace the commonly used tooth material 35CrMnSi forging a suitable cast steel.
