采用厌氧-好氧法-膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)工艺处理市政污水,考察其脱氮除磷效果,分析运行中膜污染状况和特性。结果表明,水温为7.0~24.0℃下,系统出水平均COD和NH3-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别为28.72mg/L和1.00、13.81、1.13 mg/L,膜组件的设置提高了出水水质和系统抗冲击负荷能力;低温下膜污染速率加快,膜通量降低。扫描电镜和能谱分析表明,膜内表面主要为微生物污染,外表面(与活性污泥接触面)主要为污泥滤饼层和无机污染物,其中无机污染物主要为阳离子难溶无机盐。
The municipal wastewater was treated by anaerobic-aerobic process-membrane bioreactor (A / O-MBR) process to investigate the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and to analyze membrane pollution status and characteristics during operation. The results showed that the average concentrations of COD, NH3-N, TN and TP in the effluent were 28.72 mg / L and 1.00, 13.81 and 1.13 mg / L, respectively, at the water temperature of 7.0-24.0 ℃. And system impact load capacity; membrane fouling rate accelerated at low temperatures, membrane flux decreased. Scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis showed that the inner surface of the membrane was mainly microbial contamination, the outer surface (contact with activated sludge) mainly consisted of sludge cake layer and inorganic pollutants, of which the inorganic pollutants were mainly cationic insoluble salts.
