研究转 8A型转向架改造后提速货车制动系统的有关问题 ,阐明采用高摩瓦的必要性 ,用多体动力学仿真软件 ROSDY仿真分析了制动率、列车编组、车钩间隙、制动波速对提速货车纵向力的影响 ,综合制动距离、轮对粘着以及对纵向力影响等三方面因素 ,提出空、重车制动缸压力的合理取值范围为 :空车取 6 5~ 85 k Pa,重车取 2 2 0~ 2 6 5 k Pa。
This paper studies the problems related to speeding up the truck brake system after the modification of the Zhuan 8A bogie and expounds the necessity of adopting the high mova. The braking rate, train maneuver, coupler clearance, brake wave speed are analyzed with multi-body dynamics simulation software ROSDY. The factors that affect the longitudinal force of the truck, the integrated braking distance, the adhesion of the wheelset and the influence on the longitudinal force are put forward. The reasonable range of the pressure of the brake cylinder for empty and heavy vehicles is as follows: empty car takes 6 5 ~ 85k Pa, heavy car to take 2 2 0 ~ 2 6 5 k Pa.
