前已报道~[1]在假孕兔静注15-甲基PGF_(2α)使血浆孕酮浓度明显下降的同时,子宫自发收缩活动并不增加,而假孕兔子宫孕酮受体明显增高。提示子宫活动不仅与体内激素的血浓度有关,而且受子宫内激素受体的调节。已知15-甲基PGF_(2α)能使妊娠兔血中孕酮浓度迅速下降~[2],也能激发子宫的自发收缩~[3],但关于15-甲基PGF(2α)对妊娠兔子宫激素受体的影响及其与子宫收缩活动间的关系未见报道。本文采用妊娠兔,观察静注15-甲基PGF(2α)后孕兔子宫孕酮受体(PR)和雌二醇受体(ER)的改变,及其离体子宫条对15-甲基PGF(2α)、催产素的剂量反应关系。

In this paper, pregnant rabbits were used to observe the changes of progesterone receptor (PR) and estradiol receptor (ER) in uterus of pregnant rabbits after intravenous injection of 15-methyl PGF (2α) PGF (2α), oxytocin dose-response relationship.
