目的:探讨彩色闪烁伪像在胆囊腺肌增生症超声诊断与临床应用的价值。方法:应用彩色闪烁伪像与常规二维超声诊断不同增生程度的42例胆囊腺肌增生症,并与手术病理对照。结果:42例胆囊腺肌增生症,应用彩色闪烁伪像结合常规二维超声,超声诊断符合率均高于单一应用常规二维超声。尤其以轻度胆囊腺肌增生症最为显著。结论:彩色闪烁伪像结合常规二维超声可明显提高胆囊腺肌增生症的超声诊断准确率,尤其对于轻度胆囊腺肌增生症者具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of color flickering artifact in the diagnosis and clinical application of gingival adenomyosis. Methods: Forty - two cases of Gallbladder Adenosineosis with different hyperplasia were diagnosed by color flicker artifact and routine two - dimensional ultrasonography, and compared with the surgical pathology. Results: Forty-two cases of Gallbladder Adenosineosis were treated with color flicker artifact combined with conventional two-dimensional ultrasonography. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was higher than that of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound. In particular, mild gallbladder adenomyosis is the most prominent. Conclusion: The color flickering artifact combined with conventional two-dimensional ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of gallbladder adenomyosis, especially for patients with mild gallbladder gland hyperplasia.
