在对大庆低酸值原油三元复合驱中碱作用分析基础上,对三元复合驱中单一减(NaOH)和复配碱(NaOH+Na3PO4)化学反应关系进行了系统阐述,分析了原油酸组分在油水平衡中的计算问题,考虑了复配碱中磷酸盐对化学剂及碱耗的抑制和牺牲剂作用,首次利用碱驱模拟软件对复配碱问题进行了分析计算。针对大庆油田中区西部单碱复合驱和萨南东部过渡带复配碱复合驱的模拟表明,复配碱能更加有效地改善三元复合驱的开发效果。
Based on the analysis of the alkali action in the ASP flooding of Daqing low acid value crude oil, the relationship between the chemical reactions of NaOH and Na 3 PO 4 in the ASP flooding was systematically described. In the calculation of oil-water balance, taking into account the inhibition of chemical and alkali consumption and the role of sacrificial agent by phosphate in compound alkali, the alkali-alkali simulation software was first used to analyze and calculate the compound alkali problem. Aimed at the compound alkali flooding in the western region of Daqing oilfield and the complex belt in the southern Saban region, the results show that the compound alkali can more effectively improve the development of ASP flooding.
