从农村初中数学教学现状来看,要达到课程教学改革的要求似乎还有很长距离,学困生的存在成为教学智联提升的重要阻碍。对初中的数学学困生进行转化,不仅是营造良好教学氛围,提高学生整体学习质量的有效措施,同时也是促进学生综合素质及能力提高,顺利完成初中人才培养计划的重要途径。笔者从现阶段初中数学学困生现状入手,结合初中数学课程教学特点,围绕学困生转化的具体策略提出了建议和意见,希望对于初中数学教学质量及效率的提高能够起到积极作用。
From the current situation of junior middle school mathematics teaching in rural areas, it seems that there is still a long way to go to meet the requirements of curriculum reform. The existence of poor students has become an important obstacle to the improvement of teaching and learning. It is not only an effective measure to create a good teaching atmosphere and improve the overall learning quality of students, but also an important way to promote the students’ overall quality and ability to successfully complete the junior high school talented person training plan. Based on the current situation of junior high school mathematics students, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on the specific strategies of junior high school mathematics curriculum transformation, hoping to play an active role in improving junior high school mathematics teaching quality and efficiency.
