目的 探讨香烟烟雾暴露对大鼠睾丸损伤和睾丸组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.方法 清洁级健康雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组和低(10支)、中(20支)、高(30支)剂量染毒组,每组10只,建立大鼠吸烟模型,染毒8周后,观察大鼠睾丸组织形态结构,测定睾丸组织匀浆中SOD、CAT活力及MDA含量.结果 染毒组大鼠较对照组体重增长缓慢,染毒后高剂量组大鼠体重低于对照组、低剂量组和中剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,染毒组大鼠睾丸组织中SOD、CAT活力呈降低趋势,其中高剂量组大鼠睾丸组织中SOD活力明显低于对照组、低剂量组及中剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).低、中、高剂量组大鼠睾丸组织中CAT活力明显低于对照组,高剂量组CAT活力明显低于低、中剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).中、高剂量组大鼠睾丸组织中MDA含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 香烟烟雾可导致大鼠睾丸中SOD、CAT活力降低及MDA含量升高,体重增量降低,提示香烟烟雾暴露所致的氧化损伤是产生雄性生殖毒性作用的机制之一.“,”Objective To investigate the effects of cigarette smoke exposure on testicular injury and SOD,CAT activity and MDA content in testes of rats.Methods Forty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into control group and the experimental groups,the model of smoking was established for the tested rats.The histomorphological structure of the left testis was observed and the activities of SOD,CAT and MDA in the testis homogenate were measured after the end of the exposure.Results Compared with the control group,the body weight increased more slowly in the experimental groups,the activities of SOD,CAT in testis tissue in exposed groups decreased with dose-dependent manner (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of MDA in the testis tissue of rats in the middle and high dose groups increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Cigarette smoke exposure may cause SOD,CAT activity decreased and MDA content increased in testis tissue,and may cause slow growth of rats.Cigarette smoke-induced oxidative damage may be involved in the mechanisms of male reproductive toxicity.
