论述了在三维设计软件Inventor环境下对斗轮堆取料机相关零部件的建模及虚拟装配的整个过程,并针对建模和虚拟装配过程中容易出现的问题提出了有效的解决方法。研究了利用Inventor附带的有限元分析工具对所设计产品的零部件进行有限元应力及变形分析,进行了装配后的部件和整机的干涉检查,讨论了设计后期工程图文档的生成过程,有效地解决了传统设计中电气布线的问题,完成了基于Inventor的斗轮堆取料机的整体设计,大大缩短了技术改造及新产品的开发时间,提高了设计效率,设计结果安全可靠。
The whole process of modeling and fictitious assembly of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer parts in the three-dimensional design software Inventor environment is discussed. An effective solution to the problems that are easy to appear in modeling and virtual assembly process is proposed. The finite element analysis tool of Inventor is used to analyze the finite element stress and deformation of the parts of the designed products. The interference checking of the assembled parts and the complete machine is carried out. The generation process of the engineering drawing documents in the design stage is discussed. The invention solves the problem of electrical wiring in the traditional design, completes the overall design of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer based on Inventor, greatly shortens the time for technological innovation and new product development, improves the design efficiency, and ensures the safety and reliability of the design.
