本文在调查研究的基础上,深入分析云南省红河州小学少数民族双语教师专业素质的现状,即:有部分教师不安心本职工作;业务能力不强;缺少继续学习精神等。有针对性地提出建议:提高小学双语教师待遇,稳定他们的专业思想;以人为本,注重培训的多样性和有效性;增强教师自我专业意识,形成终身学习的观念;培养教师反思意识,形成自我反省机制。
On the basis of investigation and study, this paper analyzes in depth the current situation of the professional qualities of bilingual minority teachers in primary schools in Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province, namely: some teachers are not at ease with their own jobs; their business capabilities are not strong; and they lack the spirit of continuing education. Proposed: to improve the treatment of bilingual teachers in primary schools, to stabilize their professional thinking; people-oriented, pay attention to the diversity and effectiveness of training; enhance teachers ’self-professional awareness, the formation of the concept of lifelong learning; cultivate teachers’ awareness of self-reflection mechanism.
